Returns

We are not selling any physical item, so there is no return item policy applicable.

Cancellation & Refund Terms

  • Free Cancellation: Reservations cancelled more than 25 days before the date of arrival are eligible for a full refund — no cancellation fee applies.
  • 50% Charge (15–24 days): Reservations cancelled between 15 to 24 days from the date of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total accommodation charge.
  • No Refund (0–14 days): Reservations cancelled within 14 days from the date of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the full length of stay — no refund will be issued.

Unused Services

No refund or compensation will be provided for any unused services or transportation under any kind of circumstance, including but not limited to bad weather, personal emergencies, or itinerary changes initiated by the traveller.
